Does anger occasionally get the better of you? Does it (to quote the Stoic, Seneca) "become your master"?

That's the question we - the Painted Porch Team (Sierra, Rob, and Amy) - explored in Week 27's lesson from A Handbook for New Stoics.

Anger is (Seneca, again) "temporary madness" that can blind our vision and ruin our peace of mind. So, how do you deal with it? It's not about simply keeping it in, but rather exploring ways to shake it off before it is let out of its cage (where the damage is inflicted and cannot be reversed).
