👈🏻 That's me CANNONBALLING...
You won't win anyone over by showing up halfway.
To catch attention, you have to go all in.
Run fast, jump high, and go for it.
If you are sorta getting your point across, it's time to cannonball.
It's how I've approached my career and how I will work with you.
PLUS: Doing a CANNONBALL is delightfully fun.
WHO NEEDS THIS?

THE BUSINESS OWNER
GET CLEAR
"I have a million ideas," Kelly said about her business. "You helped me explain them clearly."
Many business owners drown potential clients with a flood of words. Overexplaining is the death of many deals.
Like Kelly, you have so many ideas. They all tend to come out at once.
We'll jump into the deep end of your business brain. We'll simplify them to present them to create a splash.

THE SPEAKER
STAND OUT
"Dude, you helped me get my shit together."
Mycal was nervous about his first keynote - about 9/11 & service.
Understandably so. Hundreds were in attendance. Before stepping on the stage, he decided to jump in.
With Consistent Cannonballs - meeting every 2 weeks - we organized the speech, honed the theme, and made it interesting and compelling.
Mycal earned a standing O and several speaking gigs. Because he jumped in.

THE EXECUTIVE
GET RESULTS
Dave felt like the executive team wasn't listening. He'd share his strategies...but didn't get bites.Once again, he had to present his strategy to the CEO and executive team. The pressure was on.
Dave went to The Mastery Level.
Over 2-days we captured all his ideas, organized them, and simplified his presentation.
Dave made a splash. "Well rehearsed, well received," he said. His presentation was short and sweet. And interesting. Dave caught their attention & earned their trust.

A Little About Me (Rob)...
It was the worst thing to ever happen to the city...and I had a mic. New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina. A life or death situation. And I was doing play-by-play.
The pressure was on.
The rain poured down. We watched as the wind tore roofs off. Our building shook.
I didn't notice. I was busy talking.
Broadcasting for 36 hours in a row. Storm coverage.
Where is the eye?
What's the wind speed?
Best evacuation routes?
At one point, after landfall, we were the city's only information source. Her power knocked everyone else off air. The station's original nickname was "The Mighty 690." We held on until we couldn't anymore.
Dead-air. Flooded by Katrina at 8:19 Monday morning.
Staying to broadcast was an easy choice. My public duty. What I signed up for.
All I thought about was having no time to waste. Every update was essential. You gotta get right to the point.
New Orleans is where I learned the power of clarity and the importance of mastering your message.
